Find your downloads and product access
Sign in with the verified email associated with your purchase, then open your product library. Each app has its own licence and access status.
A download requires both the right product access and a published release. Some products and releases are still being prepared, so a disabled download button does not necessarily indicate an account problem.
If a confirmed purchase is missing, contact support with the product name, checkout email and order reference. Do not send card details or passwords.
