Open your account library and find the SizeSweep card. Your licence and computer allowance belong to SizeSweep separately from your other apps.
Published downloads appear in your account when the product is released and you have the required access. Creating an account by itself does not grant a product licence or beta access.
For help, open a support enquiry from your account. Include SizeSweep, your operating system and what you were doing when the issue occurred.
